Commerce channels
Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, B2B portals, direct channels. Orders come into Xentral uniformly, not through several parallel systems.
For E-Commerce, DTC and fulfillment brands. Certified Xentral partner, with Shopify, Stripe and ecosio partnerships. DATEV experience for the finance hand-off. One partner for the whole commerce stack – not just for Xentral.
Xentral is the core. Around it: Shopify, Stripe, ecosio – partnerships, not improvisation. Plus DATEV experience for the finance hand-off.

Independent review platforms and industry reports. Awards for the platform, not for us.
Xentral is the platform for commerce-driven brands. Commerce channels, fulfillment and finance work inside one system – not across three separately maintained stacks.
Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, B2B portals, direct channels. Orders come into Xentral uniformly, not through several parallel systems.
Warehouse, picking, shipping carriers, returns, inventory across locations. One system, not several parallel point tools.
Invoicing, payment matching, DATEV export, reporting. The books pull directly from the operational reality.
Order volume, fulfillment cost, time per order, return rate, finance effort. The official Xentral ROI calculator below runs the case in your own figures – directly on this page, without a contact form in front.
Calculator provided by Xentral GmbH. When the numbers are on the table, we discuss in scoping what follows for your case – book a scoping call.
Numbers on the table – what fits your operation, we clarify in an hour.
Book a scoping callMost growing commerce brands accumulate a stack: shop tool, 3PL portal, shipping plug, shadow Excel for stock, finance tool with no connection. The cost sits not in the individual tool – it sits in the reconciliation between them.
With Xentral, the business process runs inside one system. Orders, stock, shipping, invoicing, payments – one data object, one truth. That lowers reconciliation effort, avoids shadow Excel and turns the books into a consequence of operational reality rather than a separate project.
A good Xentral partner knows Xentral. A complete partner also knows the systems to its left and right – and the finance hand-off at the end.
The group works inside E-Commerce, DTC and fulfillment-driven business models. The questions that surface on day 60 – return chains, multi-entity, marketplace cut-off – are not new questions for us.
Certified Xentral partner. Shopify partner. Stripe partner. ecosio partner. The adjacent systems are not a black box but systems we work with formally.
A Xentral rollout does not end at the first clean order. It ends at the first clean month-end close. DATEV export, OPOS, payment matching – we don't hand finance off, we deliver finance.
The JPS-iQ Solutions Group works in parallel with NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft and the in-house services OPCON and BPO. When Xentral hits a boundary later in growth – or when a company needs Xentral and a sister-company finance system in parallel – the group has the next step in place.
We don't sell a single Xentral module. We plan the system architecture, build the integrations that hold it together – and stay with it while the brand scales.
Every engagement is anchored in business reality first – channels, orders, warehouse, shipping, returns – and only then in finance and reporting. The sequence matters: if the flows are not clean, the books will not be either.
Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, B2B portals. Order intake, product master, pricing and stock sync.
Picking strategy, multi-location stock, batch and serial logic, 3PL integration.
DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD. Labels, tracking, returns, customs for cross-border shipping.
Automated invoicing, payment matching, OPOS, DATEV export. Clean hand-off to the books.
Multi-mandant, multi-currency, multi-country setup for brands moving from one market to several.
Master data discipline, exception handling, KPI logic and the workflows that keep growth clean.
Does Xentral pay back for your operation – or does another path? We take an hour and check.
Book a scoping callEvery engagement runs through a defined lifecycle. Each phase has a clear outcome, clear ownership and a clear hand-off – so growth doesn't outrun implementation.
Channels, orders, warehouse, shipping and finance mapped end-to-end. Master data and integrations defined.
Shop systems, marketplaces, carriers, payment providers and DATEV connected to Xentral.
Controlled cutover, hyper-care during the first weeks, exception handling and operating cadence in place.
Volume growth, new channels, new entities, new markets – added on top of the same system, not beside it.
Xentral fits where commerce volume, fulfillment complexity and finance discipline meet – and where the effort of keeping several point tools in sync no longer scales.
Direct-to-consumer brands moving from first traction to operational maturity. Clean orders, clean stock, clean books.
Brands selling across Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, Zalando. One system behind all channels instead of one per marketplace.
Brands running both direct and wholesale at the same time. Different price logic, same system.
Brands moving from one market to several. Multi-mandant, multi-currency, multi-warehouse from day one.
No marketing gloss. The questions DTC founders, CFOs and fulfillment leads actually ask before committing to Xentral — and straight answers on how we work.
Xentral — JPS-iQ is the Xentral Business Unit of the JPS-iQ Solutions Group. We implement Xentral for e-commerce, DTC and fulfillment-driven brands — from shop and checkout through orders, warehouse, shipping and intercompany to a clean handover into DATEV.
The strength comes from partnerships with Shopify, Stripe and ecosio plus DATEV experience: we implement the entire commerce stack, not just the ERP module.
Because we keep commerce, fulfillment and finance inside one delivery. Most Xentral partners cover one corner — shop, or warehouse, or accounting export. We build the full process from checkout to DATEV journal as a single target model.
Shopify, Stripe, ecosio and DATEV are not add-on projects after go-live. They're part of the implementation from day one.
First: finance discipline instead of shop-only thinking. Chart of accounts, tax, intercompany and DATEV handover are built in parallel with the commerce flow, not after.
Second: fulfillment depth. Picking, shipping, returns and multi-warehouse as clean process logic.
Third: we are part of an ERP-agnostic group. If Xentral is not the right choice, we say so — instead of selling it anyway.
Good fit: DTC, e-commerce and fulfillment-heavy brands in growth mode, multi-channel retailers with a Shopify core, brands running their own warehouse, groups with intercompany flow and a DATEV obligation.
Less good fit: pure B2B manufacturing scenarios with deep production complexity. NetSuite or the Microsoft Business Unit usually fit better there.
A 30-minute scoping call: channels, fulfillment reality, finance flow, time window. No licence push on the first call.
Then an assessment phase with a target architecture across shop, Xentral, warehouse, payments and DATEV on a single page. Only then do we talk scope, commercials and rollout plan.
Shopify is usually the checkout and product master origin. Stripe keeps payments, refunds and payouts clean. ecosio brings EDI connections to retailers and service providers. DATEV is the finance handover.
Our job: wire those four layers to Xentral as the system of record so that, together, they form a controllable picture — including reconciliation, reversal and month-end close.
Start with a scoping call. We look at the channels, the fulfillment reality and the finance flow – and outline a Xentral implementation that holds.
